Worked for over seven years maintaining three separate networks at the Northeast Air Defense Sector. Currently serving as a Staff Sergeant in the Air National Guard while working full-time as a contractor.

Provided technical assistance to 200+ staff, assisting with network access, printing, and application software operation.

Worked extensively with Microsoft Active Directory (2000 and 2003) and group policy.

Designed and implemented numerous scripts (VBScript and DOS Batch). These scripts were used to ease and/or automate the execution of daily tasks, patch and configure systems as directed by higher headquarters, and remotely install or remove applications.

Working knowledge of common DoD systems and applications, including Global Command Control System (GCCS) and Theatre Battle Management Control Suite (TBMCS).

Familiar with common DoD encrypted transmission devices, including KIV-7s, TACLANEs, and Secteras.
